Treatments take 60 to 90 minutes depending on the area. You'll relax in a treatment bed while your provider glides the XERF handpiece through a layer of conductive gel across the targeted zone. Most of the session feels comfortable, though some areas may be more sensitive. If treating a sensitive area, your provider will offer pain-management options ahead of time.

  •  Most patients report the sensation as ‘hot but comfortable’. However, certain areas of the body are more sensitive than others, and tolerance varies by patient. If you are concerned about pain, or if you plan to treat a sensitive area, our providers are happy to offer pain-management options!

  • Ensure that you aren’t applying exfoliating products to the skin for 7 days prior to your treatment - that’s it! For best results, begin hydrating 48-72 hours before your appointment. 

    After your treatment, no need to do anything outside of your normal skincare routine!
